    Spread over the hilly terrains of the beautiful Palamu district, Betla National Park is one of the most visited national parks in Ranchi. The place accommodates wild animals and a wide variety of flora and fauna. Although there is a lack of tigers in the park, visiting this ancient area will provide you with insights into the tribal culture of the state. 

    You can also find forts inside the park and have a closer look at the wildlife. Stretched over an area of around 979 sq km out of which 232 sq km is dedicated as one of the first 9 tiger reserves that were established in India.
