    Famous nicknamed as the Disneyland of West Bengal, the Nicco Park and Resorts Limited situated in Kolkata, is a 40 acre theme park inaugurated in 1991. Along with family-friendly recreation, 35 varied attractions, the Nicco Park also provides educational entertainment like the Solar Energy Village and a green environment. The rides and attractions include Giant Cyclone, Tilt-a-Whirl, Magic carpet, Pirate ship, Rain dance, River caves, Beach cafe, Moonraker, cable cars, Eiffel tower, 4D movie theatre, bowling alley and a rare attraction at display is the decommissioned MIG-21 fighter aircraft from the airbase at Bagdogra. This is not where the list ends; the park also has a long line of food stalls selling Chinese, South Indian, North Indian and a plethora of yummy Bengali fast food. If you would like to carry souvenirs like a coffee mug, accessories, etc. then the Sheroo Bazaar and Wet-O-Wild Souvenir shop are great options. The park is open from 11am to 8pm in winter and 11a.m to 9p.m in the summer. The dry package costs Rs.250 and the composite park package which includes both Dry Park and the Wet-O-Wild water park costing Rs.350.
