    Cherai & Vypeen Beach is located within 30 km from Cochin and is one of the finest beaches in the area which is popular for swimming and sunbathing along with other water activities. It is a picturesque beach which is located at the north end of Vypeen islands. It is a perfect spot where sea and backwaters can be enjoyed. The thick coconut trees add charm and mystic to the area. It has a coastline of 15 km. The beach is also popularly known as the “Princess of the Arabian Sea”.
