    Built in the 18th century on the waterfront of Lake Pichola, Bagore Ki Haveli is a magnificent palace in the Gangaur Ghat Marg of Udaipur. The palace accommodates more than 100 rooms, all of which boast of elaborate showcases of mirror and glasswork. The Haveli was built by the Prime Minister of Mewar Kingdom, Amar Chand Badwa. You can find gorgeous paintings and murals from the era of Mewars gracing the walls of these rooms. Among the rooms, the queen’s chamber is the most distinguished, with its glass and mirror structure of peacocks.

     

     The Haveli has been restored and renovated a lot of times, each one adding to its opulent personality.
